Welcome to the Aberrant Garden!
This blog is a diary of my journey in gardening. I have been gardening for over 8 years and counting. It is one of my many passions, and I love to share my adventures, discoveries, and thoughts revolving around the crops I grow, the animals that I tend, and the interactions that I have with wild and native plants, as well as wildlife.
Gardening is a constant series of successes and failures, with a whole lot of luck involved. Some years are great, some years are mediocre, and some years are an absolute train wreck. I love sharing both the good and the bad of gardening, because while many of us greatly enjoy our gardens, the art of gardening is overly romanticized. It greatly deserves that- however, the reality of gardening can be both heartbreaking and sobering. Here, you'll see mistakes, trials, experiments, happy accidents, sad yields, strange bugs, total losses, and cool discoveries.
If there's a post that resonates with you, or that helps you solve a problem, please do be sure to share it on social media, link it on your own blog, and/or leave a comment. It's greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for taking the time to visit my blog, and I wish you nothing but bountiful harvests and pest-free gardens.
